Nikki understands the importance of self-care and is passionate about providing her clients with beautiful, calm surroundings.

A practitioner with over 20 years of experience and a member of the Massage & Myotherapy Association of Australia.  To complement her practice Nikki has studied Advanced Skin Analysis and Diagnosis, Advanced Facials, Micro-dermabrasion, Needling and Skin Care Recommendations at SCA Shellharbour and has developed her own skin care range Nikki Lewis Skincare with a leading cosmetic chemist.

Sleep deprivation is the worst, particularly when your sleepless nights are caused by pain.

I am a chronic sufferer of neck and back pain, due to early years of excessive exercise and simply, not being mindful of my posture when carrying or lifting things. I even find myself twisting as I put the washing on the line!

Just recently, I have had many uncomfortable nights with pain in my neck and shoulders and was recommended to Nikki Lewis as “she’s brilliant and so strong and get amazing, immediate results. You really should go and see her”.

Nikki put together a treatment plan, which included cupping (a first for me) for one month.

I am only on week two and the results are amazing!

Last night was my first proper sleep in over three weeks and I cannot thank Nikki enough.

Her knowledge, experience and understanding and empathy of my pain, is something to be admired.

Such a long post, I know, but I just didn’t know how to shorten my appreciation.

As I look forward to another wonderful, pain free and solid night sleep tonight, I cannot recommend Nikki at Nikki Lewis Therapies enough.

My initial appointments with Nikki were to provide massage therapy for plantar fasciitis and after a month of weekly treatments it significantly improved and I currently don’t have any pain at all in my foot. I have been using these beautiful products (Nikki Lewis Skincare range) and absolutely LOVE them. I can honestly say that my skin looks and feels better than it has in years. I’m often asked what my secret is to looking younger than I am and I would say that my skincare regime using Nikki Lewis Skincare has been a big contributing factor.

I use the face as well as the body products for aging skin and to reduce sun damage and the thinning skin which comes with getting older.

I also have a tendency to react to many products as my skin has gotten a lot more sensitive over the years, but I have not had any reactions to this skincare range.

I would highly recommend the products and Nikki’s personalised service and advice, which is invaluable in making sure that you are purchasing the right products for your skin type.

She has never gotten it wrong.
